How do I return a product?

We are sure you will love your products. However in the unfortunate case that you are not happy for any reason, with our Vita Vida Promise - we are happy to offer an exchange or refund.

How do I cancel or change my order?

All Viita Vida orders will are prepared or dispatched within 24 hours by our warehouse team (all orders placed on Fridays, weekends and public holidays dispatched within 24 hours after the next working day).

If for any reason you wish to cancel or make a change to your order we advise that you contact our customer care team on info@vitavida.life immediately after placing your order (Open from 9am to 5pm, Mon-Fri) however sadly as we are always super busy we cannot guarantee that your order can always be cancelled or changed before it is dispatched.

If you have placed an order in error and we cannot stop it being dispatched, we will of course arrange a return and refund for any unwanted product(s).

Where is my order?

Our warehouse is operating as normal but deliveries may experience delays of 2-3 days due to the current situation impacting our delivery providers. We partner with Royal Mail for domestic deliveries in the UK. 

Overseas orders may experience longer delays. Your order will have been dispatched up to 48hrs after you placed your order and we would ask that you wait 2-3 days for the order to arrive. In the unlikely and unfortunate event that your order is still not received within in this time frame please contact us at info@vitavida.life and we will check the tracking numbers, if the order has not been delivered we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.

Can I view my order history? 

Yes you can, if you created an account (before you made the order) or when prompted at the end of making your first order. Simply log into your account.

How can I pay for my order?

We offer a variety of online payment methods that you can use to purchase your great quality vitamins and supplements. We accept the following: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Maestro and Amazon payments. When you go through to the checkout screen, you’ll be able to choose your chosen payment method.
